Search
Type in the search bar to find plants by common name or scientific name. The plant count updates as you type.
Filters
Click Filters in the header to open the filter panel. Use the dropdowns to narrow results by habitat, soil type, lifecycle, functional group, and more. Combine as many filters as you like — results match all selected criteria.
Plant Details
Click any plant card to open a full profile — including photo, bloom period, soil conditions, site requirements, restoration goals, germination information, and indigenous names.
Bookmark & Share
Click Bookmark to copy the current URL — your active filters and search are encoded in the link so you can return to the same view or share it with others.
CSV Export
Click CSV to download all currently-filtered plants as a spreadsheet. After downloading, a re-download link is provided so you can get a fresh export if the database is updated.
Print / Save as PDF
Inside any plant detail view, click the print icon (top-right) to open the browser print dialog. Choose "Save as PDF" to export a clean, formatted plant profile.
